Each Earring Holder is a hand crafted original and therefore takes time to produce. Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days. However due to our show schedule it could take up to 10 days. (Jewelry cabinets slightly longer.) If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at email@example.com.
You have a choice of shipping options through USPS: First Class or 2-3 day Priority Mail. PLEASE NOTE: These are shipping methods; we still need time to create your selection before shipping.
When orders are paid by personal check, the order will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
We do not ship outside of the US at this time.
We have been making and selling our Earring Holders for over 20 years (15 years online). Rarely has anyone ever had a problem or requested to return an item.
BUT YOU KNOW WHAT?
We've been known to paint a frame the wrong color.
The Post Office sometimes has been a little careless in their handling.
Customers have simply changed their mind.
Our policy is that it really doesn't matter what goes wrong, we're going to do what we can to make it right.
So here's the deal - it comes in two parts: First, take your time to see if our Earring Holders are right for you. Say - six months time. If by then it isn't everything you thought it would be, get it back to us and we'll refund your purchase price (less shipping), make an exchange, or issue you a store credit. No questions asked. Just make sure it isn't damaged or misused beyond repair.
Second, the screen has a LIFETIME guarantee against rust, tarnish, ripping or tearing. The painted image on the screen also has a LIFETIME guarantee against the paint chipping or fading. Again, just make sure that it hasn't been beaten up and we'll work out something to everyone's' satisfaction. The only thing we ask is that you send an e.mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before mailing it back so that we can be on the lookout for it.
