Delivery - Each Earring Holder is a hand crafted original, and therefore takes time to produce. Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days. However, due to our show schedule, it could take up to 10 days. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at questions@earringholders.com.
When orders are paid by personal check, the order will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
We do not ship outside of the US and Canada at this time.
Returns Policy
- Our Earring Holders are all handmade originals.
- ORDERS FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND CUSTOM DESIGNS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED.
- Your satisfaction is important to us. Any stock (not personalized or custom) item purchased from the Earring Holder Gallery may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Before sending any item back, please contact us at questions@earringholders.com.
- Returns will be accepted on stock items only, provided the item is in saleable condition when we receive it. Shipping charges shall be the buyer's responsibility. There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund amount.
- We will make an exchange of your purchase for a stock item(s) of a different design within 60 days of your receipt of an item. Shipping charges in both directions shall be the buyer's responsibility. No refunds will be given after 30 days when the exchange is for a lesser priced item.
